Nǐ hǎo. My name is Bo Jiao. Bo means precious. Jiao has many meanings like beautiful, lovable and to teach. I am a yogi. I am going to be sharing articles mostly about yoga and its benefits. 

You have been told to go to your happy place ! Well, practising yoga and meditation can help you find your way there faster.

The  origins of yoga are not entirely clear. However, we know that yoga originated in the eastern part of the world. Yoga increases your flexibility and strength and helps you learn how to breathe properly which in turn benefits your health and well being.  It stimulates the metabolism and increases body awareness.  Yoga also has a meditative aspect. Practising yoga can allow you to clear your mind and regain focus. This gentle exercise will reduce stress and help you sleep better. There are many different kinds of yoga practices to choose from. Before starting to practice yoga, be sure and check with your doctor and perhaps attend a class to see what it is all about. Find a good instructor that will point you in the right direction.
